A Japanese-inspired seaside escape, Boketto is a breathtaking property perched on 7 acres surrounded by Yuraygir National Park with unsurpassed views of ocean and rural Australian landscape.

Situated just 2 hours south of Gold Coast, and overlooking the laid-back coastal regions of Red Cliff and Brooms Head NSW, Boketto’s blend of accessibility and privacy is truly unique.

Boketto rests at the foothills of the bees nest range and stretches wide along an elevated crest, allowing for panoramic views to the north and south. With 4 bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms Boketto comfortably sleeps eight adults. This spacious modern home is designed for a couples relaxing getaway, a creatives retreat or just a gathering of dear friends and family.

Outdoor sandstone amphitheater + fire pit, indoor wood-burning fireplace, full chef’s kitchen, heated outdoor shower, BBQ, double bathtub, KINTO pour-over coffee, 8-seater dining table,

Australian Leif body products, Wi-Fi and a lawn area for games.
Designed with a combination of Scandinavian functionality and Japanese minimalism. Simplicity, natural elements, comfort and sustainability are the essence of this home — in alignment with the Japanese philosophy of Wabi.

In addition to cooking a feast in the full chef kitchen, gathering around the large 8 seater dining table, a game of Finska on the lawn or a glass of wine by the fireplace, our concierge have curated a number of in-house experiences such as; spa treatments, grazing boards on arrival, and wine tasting.

The plan sees two wings – one with the super king main bedroom + ensuite, the other with three bedrooms all with queen sized beds – separated by a large shared living space. The kitchen and living room, open onto the alfresco dinning area with sunken lounge and steppers down to the sandstone amphitheatre and fire pit.

The location of the property encourages you to reconnect with nature either by adventuring into Yuraygir National Park, or simply stay in, and watch the whales (mid June to late October) from the comfort of the sunken lounge.

Adventure beyond the slow pace of Boketto and explore more of the North Coast with; whale watching, fishing charters, and surfing, or keep it at a leisure pace and enjoy; dining out, galleries, and gin tastings.
