King Parrot Cottages and Event Centre provides accommodation near the Great Ocean Road and Lorne in the Otway Ranges, nestled on the north-facing hillside of the spectacular Pennyroyal Valley.
King Parrot consists of a total of six cottages on 200 acres of pristine bushland just waiting to be explored.
Bluegum Cottage is split over four levels with the kitchen and living areas located on the bottom level, bathroom on the two middle levels and three spacious bedrooms on the top level.
Bluegum can sleep up to eight guests (two king bedrooms, the third bedroom has two single beds and one bunk bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave as well as its own private BBQ.
King Parrot Cottages has salt water swimming pool, games room and own private bush walks.
