Description

One of Port Campbell’s original beach houses, Port Cottage is perfectly located for exploring everything the 12 Apostles coastline and hinterland offers – from the incredible natural beauty of the raging seas and flora and fauna, to the walking paths and artisan producers dotted along the Great Ocean Road.

Lovingly renovated in 2021-22, Port Cottage has its own unique character reminiscent of the Shipwreck Coast’s history and is tucked away in an enviable location opposite the Port Campbell National Park and only a short walk to the beach and shops. We have gone to great lengths to make our much-loved cottage a memorable place to stay; everything has been chosen for a reason, underpinned by sustainability and support for local businesses.

For weary souls and adventurers alike, the choice is all yours whether you decide to snuggle up on the couch with a good book, play a game of quoits on the lawn or feel the pinch of salt air on your cheeks while exploring one of the village’s clifftop walking tracks.

The cottage has three bedrooms and while it is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small groups, it can sleep up to six guests in two queen-sized beds and two long single beds. There is also a bathroom with a freestanding clawfoot bath made for long soaks, a kitchen for preparing grand feasts and an outdoor area with an old oak table, outdoor shower and laundry with a walk-in shower and sink. Perfect for those days when you get back from the beach.
