Subscription / Membership Options:

Subscription options are based on the size of your business and the length of time you’d like to subscribe. A ‘Sole Trader’ is defined as a business with one staff member, whereas a ‘Small Business’ is defined as a business with two or more staff members.

For larger-scale businesses wanting to list, please contact us directly to discuss a potential custom subscription, although priority is always given to smaller, local, ethically-minded operators.

What your monthly listing fee includes:

  • Dedicated business listing in our supplier guide, including image gallery, business bio and key contact details / social media links
  • Promotion of your business in our two private Facebook groups – public / community group (over 1K members as of Nov, 2022) and new members-only group
  • Promotion of your business on our Instagram feed whenever possible – in stories, posts and reels
  • Opportunity to have a unique discount / offer included in our member discounts directory
  • Dedicated review / feature article on our website ‘News & Reviews’ feed (this is an opt-in feature, please let us know if you’d like us to review your product or service)


  • If I sign-up, am I locked into a contract for a fixed period of time?

    In short, no. Given the fluctuating cost of living at the moment, we don’t want anyone to feel pressured to keep their supplier listing active if they cannot afford to. However, if you’d like the most flexibility, you should consider signing up on a month-to-month basis so as to avoid the need to refund you should you decide to cancel for any reason.

  • What determines where my listing appears in search results?

    At the moment while we build our supplier guide listings, the search results are generated completely randomly.

    Once, however, we reach a critical mass of 50 or more listings, we will start to index listings in each category by their seniority date (the date the business originally signed up for a listing).

  • Do I need to have professional photos?

    No, they are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended to ensure you get the most value out of your listing. If you don’t have professional shots, well-lit, clear, accurate shots showcasing your products and/or services should be used at all times.   • Is there a cancellation fee if I wish to cancel my subscription?

    No. But any subscription fees paid to date are strictly non-refundable.
