Riverbreeze is a boutique stay 50 mins north of Sydney, with beautiful views of the majestic Hawkesbury River.

Featured in Country Style ‘Dream Stays’ 2022, this 1930’s cottage has been lovingly restored to reflect a simpler life, featuring a range of curated vintage pieces collected by the owners.

Riverbreeze is for slow mornings, long BBQ lunches in the sun & cozy nights by the fire.

Milsons Passage is an extraordinarily beautiful location. We created Riverbreeze as a sanctuary for relaxing amid the wonderful views and ever-changing colours of the river.

Featuring a large living space, well equipped kitchen, two king sized bedrooms with 100% flax linen bedding, and an expansive deck and sunroom, the cottage was lovingly restored and showcases vintage curios and artwork collected by the owners.

Some items have been in the house for decades and are dearly held curiosities. We have sourced lovely pieces from artisan makers –  supporting local creatives – to give the house a very special feel.

Included in your stay are homemade breakfast supplies, a welcome drink and some special goodies to make you feel right at home.

Access is by water transfer, on booking we will give you all the details you need to arrange your arrival.

Part of the fun is planning and creating meals at the cottage as there are no shops, restaurants or cafes at Milsons Passage. You’ll need to bring in your lunch and dinner supplies – we recommend easy al fresco meals on the deck, bbqs, fresh seafood, salads and grazing platters enjoyed on the deck or at our rustic table.

Relax all day with a good book, go for a bushwalk, play board games from our collection, stream a movie or go for a kayak on the river or simply enjoy each other’s company with no distractions.
